Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 26, 2026

This is the privacy policy for dearborn.dev, operated by Hamoudy Tiba out of Dearborn, Michigan. We keep this short and honest because nobody reads 4,000-word legal documents.

What data we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and project details. That's it. We don't collect anything in the background, and we don't track you around the internet.

How we use it

We use your contact information for exactly what you'd expect: to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about your project. We don't use it for marketing campaigns, newsletters, or anything you didn't ask for.

Data storage

Your data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, running on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Cloudflare handles the security and encryption at the infrastructure level. We don't store your data in random third-party tools or spreadsheets.

Third parties

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. There are no analytics trackers on this site, no ad networks, no tracking pixels. Your visit here is between you and our server.

Cookies

We don't use cookies. No cookie banner, no tracking cookies, no "accept all" nonsense. If that changes in the future, we'll update this page.

Your rights

You can request that we delete any data we have about you. Just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it. No hoops to jump through, no 30-day waiting periods.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. We're not going to send you an email about it because, again, we don't use your email for things you didn't ask for.
